All orders will be shipped from the warehouse of each respective brand partner. Order confirmations will be sent within the next 2 working days from the date of placement. Once you receive the confirmation email, the shipping period will commence. The estimated shipping time ranges from 3 to 7 working days.
Please keep in mind that Recircool is a marketplace where we collaborate with various partner brands. When placing an order, you’re acquiring products from different sustainable brands within our community. As a result, if your order includes items from multiple brands, you may receive separate shipments. However, this will not result in additional shipping charges.
Returns for all orders can be initiated within 15 natural days after receiving the order. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
To initiate a return, the products must be undamaged and unused, containing their original labels and packaging.
During this return period, customers need to contact our customer service team by sending an email to info@recircool.com. Our team will provide detailed shipping instructions for the return process.
Once we receive the returned package and confirm that the conditions are met, we will proceed with reimbursing the amount paid for the products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase and may take up to 7 working days, depending on the policies of each banking institution.
If you wish to exchange the purchased product for a different size or style, you should follow the same instructions as for returns.
